PrideStaff Co-CEO Tammi Heaton Again Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global Power 150” List of Leading Women in Staffing

November 24, 2021

PrideStaff, a national, franchised staffing organization, is pleased to announce that Co-CEO Tammi Heaton was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) “Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing” list for the seventh year in a row.

In a time when the world is facing a critical challenge of improving parity between men and women, SIA’s Women in Staffing list elevates the contributions made by women in the workforce ecosystem. A McKinsey Global Institute report found that the global economy could see a $12 trillion boost to its GDP by 2025 with the advancement of women’s equality, and the trailblazers on this year’s list have worked hard over the past year to promote the inclusion and advancement of women by providing them with meaningful employment opportunities. In addition, the leaders and influencers who have made the 2021 Global Power 150 list have transformed their business units during an unprecedented year of change, boldly executing visions for their companies and creating products that drive revenue in the global talent marketplace.

A 24-year staffing industry veteran, Heaton quickly proved herself an indispensable asset at PrideStaff; she swiftly rose through the ranks and was named Co-CEO in 2020. Over the past year, Heaton released a remote-work white paper, providiqang industry insight into temporary employees’ engagement and response to remote work. She also helped launch G.A. Rogers & Associates to expand direct-hire and executive recruiting, and she contributed to PrideStaff’s Strategic Insights podcast, providing solutions to real-world staffing and recruiting challenges.

Heaton’s drive toward innovation and gaining a competitive edge have earned PrideStaff ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Diamond Award for Client and Talent eight years running and its inaugural Best of Staffing Award for Internal Employee Experience. Each day, she brings PrideStaff’s corporate mission to “Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most” to life, inspiring performance excellence in her teams and leading the franchise system to new heights.

“Being named to the Global Power 150 list for a seventh consecutive year is so meaningful to me, especially in an era when diversity, equity and inclusion are such pressing issues,” said Heaton. “It’s an honor to be part of such an impressive group of female executives and visionaries who are leading our industry through these transformative times.

“PrideStaff has always been an organization that values the contributions of all people, and we’re proud to have many women leaders throughout our franchise system,” continued Heaton. “As our nation continues its pursuit of workplace equality, PrideStaff remains committed to providing meaningful career opportunities for all internal employees, as well as our associates in the field.”
