PrideStaff Edison Wins Prestigious Mile High AwardFebruary 23, 2023
To recognize amazing achievements in revenue growth, leadership, and serving others, PrideStaff, a nationally franchised organization, proudly named PrideStaff Edison, along with four other offices as winners of the Mile High Award at their recent Annual Conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
This prestigious honor, so named because it originated in Denver, Colorado, the “Mile High City,” is not an annual award. The nationally franchised staffing organization only presents it in years when an office or team distinguishes itself with a truly significant achievement. PrideStaff was thrilled to recognize five Mile High Award winners this year for their major accomplishments in 2022.
Led by Owner/Strategic-Partner, Manisha Subramanian, the PrideStaff Edison office credits its success to staying focused on weekly gross margin goals and creating a strong family culture based on support for each other, their clients, and employees. By focusing on what matters most, maintaining a positive mindset, helping when needed, and staying accountable to her team, Manisha not only achieved Mile-High recognition in 2022, she also earned a coveted President’s Circle Award. With flexibility, trust, and teamwork, Subramanian and her team have built a rock-solid foundation for future successes.
