PrideStaff Fresno Wins Office of the Year Award for a Fifth Time

Rogers Award for the fifth time for distinguishing itself as the top-performing office in the entire system of more than 80 franchise locations nationwide. For 23 years, this annual award has been given to honor the PrideStaff office that achieves the most outstanding results in revenue and gross margin growth, quality achievements, and community involvement.

PrideStaff was thrilled to present this year’s award at an in-person, three-day event at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Featuring world-renowned keynote speakers, as well as breakout and networking sessions on key industry trends and hot topics. PrideStaff’s Annual Conference connects Strategic-Partners from across the country to review results, exchange best practices, learn from industry partners, experts and speakers, and improve their proficiency at owning and operating a full-service staffing firm.

PrideStaff Fresno was named Office of the Year for exceptional financial performance in 2022, one of many achievements garnered by Vice‐President of Branch Operations, Sean Akin, and his team. From day one, the Fresno office created tremendous momentum, which drove outstanding results and yielded multiple awards. The Fresno office has been named a seven-time winner of The Fresno Bee’s People’s Choice Award in the Employment Agency category, and was named to The Business Journal’s Best of Central Valley Business List in the Best Employment Service category for eight consecutive years. The Office of the Year Award was one of three that Akin and his office won in Las Vegas this year. Sean was also named a President’s Circle Award winner for exceeding annual profitability and revenue goals. The team is also highly involved in their community; working with several local employers and volunteering with both the Ronald McDonald House and youth baseball programs.
