Job Description
Our client seeks an extrusion machine operator with manipulative skills to work on a production basis Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm. The operator must set up and prepare extrusion machinery for operation by loading raw materials and adjusting equipment settings based on product specifications. The duties include operating extrusion machines to produce plastic or metal products according to established standards and guidelines; monitoring the extrusion process closely and making real-time adjustments to equipment settings to maintain product quality and output efficiency; conducting regular quality checks on products being produced to ensure they meet required specifications and standards; troubleshooting and resolving minor operational issues or malfunctions that may arise during the production process to minimize downtime; and performing routine maintenance tasks on extrusion machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. The operator must collaborate with the production team to coordinate material supply and ensure a steady flow of raw materials to the extrusion machines. The responsibilities include maintaining accurate production records, including product counts, machine settings, and maintenance activities, to track productivity and identify opportunities for improvement; complying with all safety guidelines and protocols to create a safe working environment and minimize workplace hazards; and assisting in training new team members on the operation and maintenance of extrusion equipment. The technical knowledge requirements include strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and operate complex machinery; knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and procedures; familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to machine operation and manufacturing environments; and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production specifications. The operator must be detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality output in a timely and efficient manner; demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and address operational issues quickly; and possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members and supervisors. The requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in machine operation and maintenance is a plus; proven experience as an extrusion machine operator or in a related manufacturing role; and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks associated with the role. CNC Machinist in Mason, OH
Salary: $21 – $24/hr.

Job Description
The CNC machinist works Monday–Friday, setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce the required parts for pneumatic cylinders and manifolds. The duties include cutting and machining rods and barrels for assembling the pneumatic cylinders and operating specialty machinery such as a tube cutter, tube deburrer, tube polisher, rod saw, flat press and roller burnishing machine. The responsibilities include performing complex CNC machine setups; reading, writing and modifying programs for the CNC lathe machines; machining production components to critical blueprint tolerances, piston rods on CNC lathes, parts on CNC milling machines, production parts on manual lathes and milling machines; setting up CNC machines to produce production parts to drawing specifications; performing first-piece inspection to drawing specifications; changing tool offsets to maintain dimensions per production drawings; reading inspection equipment in both inch and metric increments (caliper, micrometer, depth gage, last word indicator, pitch micrometer, etc.); verifying conformance of all components to specifications; using roller burnishing machines to finish piston rods and washing rods in cleaning solution to prepare for assembly. The requirements include experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or machine shop environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; basic computer skills; experience with SAP or a similar system is a plus; knowledge of hand tools and the metric system; and knowledge of basic machine practices and safety standards as well as measuring equipment and machine tools. The essential functions of this role include an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, and expected hours of 40 per week. This is a full-time position. Ready to apply?
