We work closely with clients to understand their needs and culture. This helps to ensure that we place the right people. Additionally, we evaluate candidates from our own extensive networks, as well as those responding to advertisements. This greatly broadens the talent pool from which we can pull.

Background
Our combined operations and sales backgrounds help us manage all facets a staffing agency. Robert has worked as VP of Services at USIS and Cross Match Technologies, and has also served as COO for a business reconstruction team. He has deep experience in operations, P&L and business services. He graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a Masters in Public Administration. Carmen has many years’ of experience in sales for nursing home and assisted living communities. She enjoys working with people, especially serving in roles that can change people’s lives for the better.
