Meet our Dallas (Southwest) Team
Jake Yoon leads PrideStaff Dallas (Southwest) with a strategic, people-first approach to staffing across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Serving employers throughout Dallas, Grand Prairie, Duncanville, and surrounding communities, Jake partners with organizations across Dallas and Tarrant Counties to design workforce solutions that support growth, operational stability, and long-term success.
Jake brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in operations, finance, and workforce development. As Chief Financial Officer of a major transportation services provider, he oversaw finance, HR, legal, labor relations, and risk management for more than 1,200 employees across union and non-union environments. His leadership focused on aligning talent with operational goals, improving systems through process excellence, and building high-functioning teams at scale.
His transition into staffing was driven by firsthand experience hiring and developing talent in complex environments. Jake believes successful placements require more than technical skills—they require culture alignment, emotional intelligence, and a long-term perspective. At PrideStaff Dallas (Southwest), he applies that strategic lens to every client partnership and candidate relationship.
