Background
I began my staffing career in 1999 as a Navy recruiter in the Upper Midwest. I went on to earn my MBA in 2005 and serve in other staffing leadership roles (e.g., Director of Military Manpower and Personnel at Navy Recruiting Headquarters in Millington, TN and Commanding Officer of Navy Recruiting District San Diego).

From 2021 to 2023, I served as Commodore of Navy Recruiting Region East, overseeing all recruiting operations east of the Mississippi, including Europe, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This leadership role encompassed 13 Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) commands and more than 6,000 personnel, during a challenging period for military recruiting across all branches.

After 32 years with the Navy, I’m very excited to leverage my leadership and staffing experience with the PrideStaff family and North County San Diego!
