Prior to becoming a Strategic-Partner, John was a financial services professional for 20 years specializing in program implementation, project management, quality control, risk management and consumer banking, including collection and default. Throughout his career, he effectively developed and led teams to meet key performance objectives in diverse, fast-paced and ever-changing economic and regulatory environments.

John’s broad-based background has taught him that staffing is about much more than putting a body in a position. To drive clients’ success he applies his experience to: discern operational concerns; review tactics and logistics opportunities to help overcome workforce and hiring challenges; and be a consultative partner.

With over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, Jeff Huston has established himself as a dynamic leader and expert in workforce solutions. Specializing in light industrial, office, professional, and skilled manufacturing roles, Jeff has a proven track record of successfully filling temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.

Jeff holds both the CTS and CSP certifications from the American Staffing Association, reflecting his commitment to excellence in staffing practices. His extensive leadership experience extends to overseeing new office expansions and implementing strategic partnerships with onsite offices, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.

With a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, Jeff continues to thrive in an ever-evolving industry, leveraging his expertise to meet the diverse staffing needs of clients and candidates alike.
