Irvin Stein resides in Portland, Oregon, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across startups, small and mid-sized businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. Centered on global operations, supply chain, and workforce-intensive environments, the majority of his career was spent at Jabil as Vice President of Global Business Units, where he led large, multi-site teams across North America, Asia, and Europe while supporting complex customer programs.
Throughout his career, Irvin has been passionate about building strong teams, improving operational execution, and helping organizations scale effectively at every stage of growth. Now transitioning into business ownership within the staffing industry, he is excited to apply his leadership, customer focus, and people-first mindset to solve workforce challenges and drive local business growth.
Outside of the office, Irvin is married to Sabrina, who brings a strong background in real estate and business operations and supports his entrepreneurial journey. Together, they have two sons who are active in academics and athletics.
Fun fact: Irvin enjoys cooking, swimming, kitesurfing, skiing, camping, and spending time outdoors with his family.
