Debbie and I have more than 30 years of experience in the employment and staffing area. I’ve dedicated my career to optimizing organizational performance by improving workforce engagement and talent identification. After graduating from Oral Roberts University, I held progressive roles leading human resources, recruiting and staffing operations around the world. With each new opportunity, I built my expertise in driving operational excellence and meeting strategic business initiatives for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
