Independently owned and operated, professionally serving the community where we live and raise our family. Craig and I strive to represent PrideStaff with the utmost honesty and integrity, acting on what is right and doing right by our associates and clients. We expect the same of our internal staff and associates and are gratified by helping individuals find success in the workplace as well as providing for themselves and their families. We recently opened a new office in closer proximity to our candidates and clients, which facilitates in meeting, hiring and finding our associates gainful employment.

Background
Jeff Foldenauer is a seasoned operations leader with over 30 years of experience driving efficiency and client satisfaction across distribution, logistics, production, and manufacturing. A resident of Roseville, CA for 24 years, Jeff began his professional journey in Nashville, TN, in 1995. Over the decades, he has excelled in diverse leadership roles, including Client Account Manager, Supervisor of Customer Service, and Operations Manager. Most recently, he served as the Director of Operations for Wally’s Natural.

Having been a dedicated customer of PrideStaff for over 10 years, Jeff’s transition into the staffing industry was a natural next step. Since November 2025, he has worked alongside Strategic-Partner Craig Ryder to learn the local territories and PrideStaff’s methodologies. Outside of the office, Jeff is an avid golfer and a passionate home brewer, a hobby he shares with his son, Spencer. He cherishes time with his family, including his wife, Carolyn and his daughter, Christa.

Craig Ryder has over 50 years of combined experience in business and staffing. Seven years of successfully operating a profitable PrideStaff business, with the addition of incorporating the PrideStaff Financial brand into our offerings.
