Background

I am a Six Sigma Black Belt with 20 years of experience managing operations and solving complex challenges for a Fortune 500 manufacturer. My expertise includes hiring and managing both union and non-union employees, training and developing teams at all organizational levels, and designing and continuously improving work procedures and policies.

This journey has reinforced the importance of building a capable, motivated team and providing clear, actionable guidance. To help clients succeed, I leverage my experience to identify operational challenges, evaluate tactical and logistical opportunities, and develop solutions that address workforce and hiring needs. My approach is consultative and focused on creating partnerships—not simply filling positions but aligning the right talent with the right opportunities.
